Revlon Colorstay Nail Polish

So I've been hearing a lot about the Revlon Colorstay nail polish, so I decided to put it to the test. This weekend I went camping for memorial day and I tried out the Revlon Colorstay nail polish top coat.

On my nails I also use the Revlon Colorstay Color 230 Bonsai, with an accent nail of Sally Hansen's Xtreme wear in Pacific Blue. I got to say it really stays on! My nails usually start to chip a day or two after painting, but this stuff barely chipped after 6 days including a rough camping trip!

Here is look at before and after.

I Like it! I just hope the line comes out more colors, as the line is bit limited.

Nailz of the Day

Hey Guys! So I'm working on a whole new look for my blog and hope you guys will like it!
Today I wanted to post a nail look I've created! It's very simple, but the accent nail makes it cute and original. I chose China Glaze's Fast Track from The Hunger Games collection for my base color, because its a neutral beige with gold shimmer, that goes well with most outfits. For the accent color I went for Essie's a cut above from the luxeffect collection, because the rose gold glitter is beautiful. It stands out and will match my daily jewelry such as my new Lucky Brand rose ring, and of course my rose gold watch. I used Sally Hansen's fast dry top coat because it is quick and keeps my nails looking good for extra long. What do you guys think?

I thought I would add an accent color for the shoes, to break the matchy-matchy feel.
Plus, they are super comfortable.

Things I'm wearing:

-Dress from TJ Maxx
- Blue Seude Pumps from Bata
-Vintage necklace

Fall Favorite Make-Up Products.

FALL IS HERE!! I decided I would share my favorite fall make up products! ENJOY!

FACE

Foundation: Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua
- It is the perfect consistency, super light but makes your skin look flawless.

Pressed Powder: Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder
- I've talked about this product before it is amazing if you get oily through the day. It is also transparent so it doesn't look cakey.

Blush: Tarte Amazonian Clay in Color Blushing Bride
- It's a perfect plum- rose color that is stunning in the fall.

Highlighter: MAC Soft and Gentle mineralized skin finish
- I love this product, its not too bright or shiny its just the right amount. (PS I use this as an eye highlight too!)

EYES

Base: MAC Paint Pot in Painterly
-It is a perfect matte base to pile on any eyeshadow you want. It is nude so it doesn't disturb the color of your eyeshadow.

Eyeshadow: Urban Decay 15Th Anniversary Eye Palette
-This has many cool shades, I've been sticking to the browns lately like M.I.A., Deeper, and Midnight Rodeo

Mascara: Chanel Inimitable
- I got a sample of this last time I was at the Chanel counter. I usually don't mind drugstore mascara, but this one blew me away. It left my lashes curly, long and luscious and stayed on for a real long time.

Eyeliner: Almay Intense I-color
-It's the perfect carbon black, goes on super smooth, is cheap. Perfect for everyday use.

LIPS

Lip Balm: EOS Lip balm in Honeysuckle
- I love the smell of this one and it leaves your lips moisturized and smooth.

Lip Stick: LimeCrime Limited Edition in GLAMOUR 101
- This is a perfect dark red wine color, for a glam night out.

Lip Gloss: NARS larger than life lipstick in Como
- This is a very fall color plumy and has perfect shine.

Outfit of the Day: Unicorns!

It's pretty hard to incorporate unicorns in to you wardrobe without looking crazy, I got it down though.
I think that this would even be appropriate for work.

You probably can't even see the unicorns, here is a closeup of the pattern.

In this outfit I am wearing,
-Black Cotton H&M Cotton Pencil Skirt
-Black H&M Tank Top
-Forever 21 Sheer Unicorn Synched Waist Blouse
-Vintage Necklace
- Studded Ankle Boots From Poland

I''m working on a few new post, in honor of Halloween and Gossip Girl being on the air. STAY TUNED :D

Quick Update: Do you have Thin hair?

AHHHHHHHH Gossip GIrl in less than a week I am very excited. I plan on making a few Gossip Girl inspired posts for this occasion! Its been really hectic at school lately. Haven't had much time to blog, I'm sorry for that. I plan to try to have an outfit of the day blog at least once a week in the near future, so stay tuned.

On that note, I wanna ask you guys, what products do you use if you have really thin hair?

My roommate has really thin hair, and has tried everything to improve her situation. She recently bought the Pure Abundance Shampoo and Conditioner from AVEDA.

I decided to try it out, and let me tell you I am obsessed with the conditioner! It is made out of clay and it gives so much volume to my hair, without making it greasy and it keeps it soft which is hard to find.

So if you need volume, this conditioner, I approve.

I'm not as big of a fan of the shampoo because I feel like it leaves my hair a little knot-y, but it does what it says to, so if you want a fuller look I say go for it!

CAR BLOG!!!

So i'm early for work so I decided to do a car blog, its better then no blog. I've been really busy lately but got some awesome blogs coming out soon!!! I just had lunch with my fellow blogger The Legacy Club!

What do you guys think about the new sheer shirt trend? Do you guys think its trashy or not?

I think its very hard to not look too trashy, unless you have put it together perfectly. This can be very hard to do! So I think I'm going to stay clear of this trend or at least wear a camisole underneath. But if you guys love it GO FOR IT!!! :)

I hope you guys have a wonderful weekend, Don't Party Too Much!!!

One thing that I am in love with that I bought was this Dooney Bourke, its perfect for caring books and it is an adorable minty color with a vintage brown leather! The best part is it was $105!

Drug Store Products that Make Me Happy!

I love high-end products, because of their quality, but sometimes drug store products can be just as great. The problem with drug store products is they can be a hit or miss. This why I would like to share with you guys some product, that I would recommend, so you guys can skip all the missing :)

My very ultimate favorite product is Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder. I discovered this on my vacation and it is incredible. For years, I have been using Mac's studio Fix to set my foundation, but this product has made me drop my Mac Studio Fix. LOVE IT! Especially great if you have oily skin!

Another awesome product is the coloricon eyeshadow trios from Wet N Wild. To be honest I never really liked the Wet N Wild make up I thought it was of very bad quality and never looking like its suppose too, this product has changed my views. The shadows are very pigmented and look very pretty on the eyelid. I wouldn't use the brushes included but if you want a perfect eye look with a highlight and crease color these trios are perfecto, especially on the go.

A perfect way to take off your eye make up is Maybelline Expert Eyes eye makeup remover. Its very gentle but does the job quickly and efficiently. I have sensitive eyes and it has worked perfectly for me.

If your lips are dry this is what you need, Blistex medicated lip ointment in a tube. I wear this under my lip makeup everyday to keep my lips and hydrated. It iss also great for when my lips are chapped and gives them a nice tingly sensation.

European Summer.

So sorry for not posting anything while I was away. It was quite difficult to actually get fast internet in Poland, and I was quite busy as well. But once again I am back, and better then ever. Well at least I hope so... While I was overseas I discovered many new products, and have many new fashion idea that I will be sharing with you guys in the near future. One thing I noticed is that Stores like H&M and Zara are definitely a lot better stocked in Europe than here in America, and I'm gonna miss that while I'm home. If you are ever in Europe go check those stores out for awesome deals! Also, Love Love Love the store New Yorker!

Anyways I wanted to post some of my trip to keep you guys busy while I prepare for some bad ass blogging in the near future.

A post from the port.

Sorry for being M.i.a. for the past month. I have been a busy bee. I had finals a week ago and now as we speak/type I am at the airport. Yes I am going to europe well mostly Poland for two whole months. I will try to blog while im there but I know internet maybe difficult in some places. I will try my best :)

The airport is a very weird place, its soo diverse and people do not act like themselves. As I am a worldy traveler, I think ill share some of my traveling tricks for how to dress for your trip.

1. Check the weather at your destination.
2. Always wear long pants, if your your going to a place where its warm leggings may be better.(no matter how hot it is it will get cold on the plane.)
3. Wear a comfy t-shirt or blouse.
4. Bring a cardigan-blazer something to cover up with. (i try to pick something I wanna take on the trip but takes up the most space, this saves me room in my luggage.
5. Wear closed comfy shoes.(no heels, no flip flops, something east,to take off for security.)

If you feel like you need to stylish, you can always glam up your outfit. With a nice accesory such as a scarf, this is nice because it is not metal and you don't have to take it off trough security. Pick a nice cutr neutral bag for you trip and you will look stylish and be comfy on and off the plane.

I HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU PICK THE RIGHT OUTFIT!

PS expect a post from Poland soon!
